Uncle Chainsaw's - Staring at the Sun - Utah 5oz

As bright as the sun and burns just as much! Habanero peppers shine in this sauce. Onions provide a little sweetness counteracted by lime juice and rice wine vinegar. The beautiful yellow color comes from turmeric and the chilis.

Goes great with white meats like chicken, pork and fish. Put this on anything mayo based like some macaroni or potato salad. We love it on carnitas tacos with cilantro and raw onion. Heat 8/10
