Our award winning sauce: placing 3rd in the scovie awards for the unique - xxx hot category! We utilize the coveted "super hot" ghost pepper (bhut jolokia) to really give this sauce the added kick it needs. This is our take on a thai "inspired" sauce. Think of it as a thai taco sauce: hints of galangal, lime leaves, lemongrass, and subtle notes of ginger. This will give you reminiscent flavors of a good thai curry. Be careful though, it packs quite a punch. This is definitely our spiciest sauce to date, don't leave it on read. Heat level: 9/10
